COURSE REGISTRATION PAGE
In an effort to serve you better and streamline the course registration process we have developed this course registration page.

Note - pre-registration is required for all courses.

• Please make sure that you complete all fields.

• In the instructor box include all instructors assisting with the class. If an instructor is affiliated with another Training Center please make note of it in the comments box (include training center affiliation and instructor card expiration date).

• Remember to choose a class type!

• The course location field(s) needs to be completed as they would be on a course roster form.

• In the email box please only input the lead instructor’s email address.

Upon completion, a course number will be automatically generated. A pop up box confirming your registration will appear with your course number. Confirmation emails will be sent to you at the email address noted on the form, and to LifeSavers Training Dept.

LifeSavers, Inc., New Jersey ECC committee members, and/or American Heart Association staff have the right to monitor courses. Monitoring may be announced or unannounced.
