American Heart Association CPR Instructor Course

The American Heart Association CPR Instructor Course is a two day course. Day one will be completed at home using the AHA CORE DVD provided to you. This program covers information on teaching and will take most of the day to complete. Once complete you will print out a completion certificate. This certificate must be brought to class with you. In addition, a current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider Course taken at LifeSavers, Inc. within
3 months of Instructor Course. Participants must provide a copy of their current American Heart Association CPR for Healthcare Provider Card the day of Instructor Course. Day two will be held at LifeSavers, Inc. Day two will cover information such as course organization, policies of both the AHA and LifeSavers, administration of a course, advertising, equipment cleaning, changes in CPR and why they occur, skills testing, a written test and more.
