The American Heart Association CPR Instructor Course is a three part course. Part one is the AHA Instructor Essentials course is completed on-line at home or work. The course contains information on planning and preparation for courses, teaching courses, conducting written exams (if applicable), skills practice and skills testing, and keeping your instructor status current. The Heartsaver CPR AED course is intended for all individuals who have a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements, including; security guards, airline personnel, personal trainers and teachers. This course has been updated with the 2020 ECC guidelines. This course is not for healthcare professionals (See BLS Provider.) -TWO YEAR CERTIFICATION Course Length: Approx 1.5 hours
